For House & Home, a monthly national magazine, I used my web and graphic design skills to help transform the print edition into an engaging and beautiful interactive experience on tablets and mobile devices. While best practices have since changed, this was an exciting challenge.
I led the interactive direction from November 2015 to March 2016 and assisted in producing exclusive content and developing the UI design for each issue. I also led the development and testing of new icons and type treatments for extras, swiping, and tap instructions that were introduced in June 2016.
We enhanced digital editions through animations, audio clips, and bonus content (including DIY tips and recipes).
